This sounds like an attempt to facilitate rampant development of any properties that a land development "company" decides it wants. The result would be more enormous, unaffordable houses plunked right on top of natural landscapes that provide food and shelter for many plants, animals and birds.

We are all connected as "species" of this planet. Pleade quit letting greed rule the decision making.
