I am wholeheartedly against the removal of protections for species at risk and their habitat to enable quick permit approvals for mining and industry in Ontario. As a citizen of this province I urge you to increase protections for species, enhance and restore habitat, and commit to accelerating the transition to renewable energy. Decisions must be made through the lens of the current biodiversity crisis and climate crisis. Your party does not represent the majority of Ontarians so you do not have a 'mandate' to run roughshod over nature and climate change mitigation. I strongly urge you to scrap this Bill. Thank you,
