While I can understand and appreciate the challenges that are being faced by the government today, as a citizen of Chatham-Kent, I can understand nor believe this proposal. 1. We don't want other peoples waste in our community, we feed those same people off the land we have here. 2. We cannot risk the health and livelihood of our people as you propose major projects without doing your due diligence. What is the risk to our drinking water? You only need to look at the various wind turbine projects and the impact they have had on families to know that Chatham-Kent residents have every right to be concerned and skeptical.
