I do understand that we are facing an “existential crisis” right now! That crisis is putting a dump 800 metres from the town of Dresden in the Municipality of Chatham Kent! The crisis is coming from “within the house!” Our house! Queen’s Park! You can’t close the barn door after the horse escapes! Fining a waste disposal company after a tragic, toxic oopsie, occurs, is utterly useless! It must be stopped before it has even begun! That is the only way to avoid a catastrophe! All of the promises in the world will not prevent a mistake or accident from occurring! The risk is too great to even think about!
