To whom it may concern:
As a concerned Ontario citizen I strongly oppose Bill 5.
We need stronger environmental protections and the protection of endangered species, not fewer. It makes no sense that the government could add or remove species from the lists rather than listening to environmentalists, scientists and experts
I oppose shortcuts for industry such as activities starting after “registration “ without full review or permits.
I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones. This whole bill seems like catering to commercial enterprises at the expense of our environment. No thank you.
