I grew up in Dresden and still have family living there including my 86 yr old mother. I don't live that far away either. I can't believe it would be suggested that a facility like this would be built without an environmental assessment. I understand that you want to make these things happen more quickly but this is exactly why we have so many issues. You can't rush this process and skip over important components like this. This facility could impact the health of the people living there as well as important wildlife and the quality of water. It is an area with rich farmland that produces a lot of the food that we all eat. It is imperative that due diligence is done before approving the facility. Only then can people feel assured that they are safe.
