I believe that Cormorants are one of the greatest detriments to the habitat of the Great Lakes. Their guano kills foliage on contact and I am seeing more and more of them in Private Ponds where they are decimating the fish and other aquatics in these ponds. They are also decimating the populations of fish in the Great Lakes and need to be controlled.
