I am opposed to the removal of the environmental assessment to this proposal as it greatly affects my everyday life living in the small town of Dresden. I have concerns about the lack of assessment regarding community safety in regards to health effects and negativity with the dump being in close proximity to town. The lack of assessment regarding public safety with regards to traffic going thru 2 school zones. The lack of assessment with regards to wildlife and protecting species located in our suurounding areas in town and around the dump site. The lack of assessment regarding property values of houses in town with such close proximity to the dump. Removing the EA provides an opportunity for several negative outcomes to come from this proposed dump and shows a lack of concern for public safety and health by the government.
