As an Ontario resident…

As an Ontario resident actively engaged in conservation of endangered species, I completely and strongly oppose this bill. I do not feel the changes proposed are justified, and the protection of species at risk and their habitats must be a priority. I believe that all permits must be approved by the ministry first, as they are now, in order to maintain a necessary level of conservation for our natural world. I do not think these changes reflect the best interests of Ontariens, nor our natural environment.
