This bill is asking to
- harass endangered species
- reduce endangered species protections to only include dens nests and critical zones
- remove all permission checks and "exempt ourselves" from environmental protections
No, it is not acceptable to wind down the Endangered Species Act, nor to remove "harass" from species protections, nor to narrow habitat definitions to only include dens nests and critical zones.
Most of all however it is not acceptable to remove the permit requirements and to simply require registration with no permission and no public oversight.
