I am a 4th generation Dresden resident. I am sickened by this issue. The property that York 1 purchased is 800 metres from our town. Allowing York 1 to skirt around an EA is a detriment to our wellbeing. The property abuts Molly's creek which drains into the Sydenham river. This a flood zone and will cause havoc to the endangered species that live there.

Our property values will plummet and our safety is at risk. The roads are not equipped to handle this type of traffic. Enacting Bill 5 is a disgusting way to put small towns everywhere at risk. There are a great number of people that vote conversation in this area and Doug Ford is going against the very constituents that voted him in.
