We must not plan more overcrowded
Communities and need wise, well spaced out developments especially now since the recent satellite proof of many, "sinking" cities in North America.
Huge communities built on ledges or known unstable tables need to be avoided along with limited if any approved further development in the current known areas that are sinking as in Southwestern Ontario now.
Let us not knowingly add to the problem. 28 major areas in the U.S. are sinking destroying foundations, infastructure, and basements etc...
Do your research and update our building codes regularly as required so what we build today doesn't need replacing prematurely.
