I oppose Bill 5

There shoud be no shortcuts for industry, proper procedures must be followed. Industry thinks they have the right and ability to change the rules for themselves because they have money, this should not be the case. The opposite is what should be happening, industry should be doing more for the environment and endangered species because of the impact they have on both.
