I agree that a hunt for these destructive birds be established. The hunt should be year round as the Cormorant is staying longer at bodies of water as climate change is extending the warmer weather. A limit of 35 birds a day would be a more manageable number to dispose of during the day. The ability to use a small caliber rifle, using safe hunting practises, would be beneficial for those individuals who do not have a shot gun or are intimidated by it's power.
