This is a message to Doug Ford and his government. Bill 5 does not align with the future I would like to see for Ontario. Allowing developers free rein over the environment and endangered species is a move backwards. Previous laws were enacted because citizens wanted them and to strip these away is a power grab Premier Ford. Bill 5 is also allowing a large loop hole in skirting First Nation consultations on development projects. There should be no short cuts where our environment and mining rights are concerned. Please stop Bill 5.
