I live in Dresden. The river runs behind my home. I can’t imagine what will happen to the grass area when the river rises after a good rain, and after all that water floods the grass area with contaminated water. Will it be safe for my kids to play there?

Also, the air will be polluted and smelly no doubt. I will be devastated I stayed in this town if there is a dump!
