Remember the flood in toronto last summer? Those will only get worse if we allow developers to continue to ravage undeveloped land. With nowhere for rainwater to drain, floods will continue, causing billions in damages that the government will have to spend taxpayer money to fix. Don't be stupid. Preserve the natural resources we have and develop vertically to stop urban sprawl.
