The Endangered Species Act needs strengthening not weakening. "Unleashing the economy" begs the question "on what?". Seems like it's being unleashed to destroy long-term natural resources like climate-saving ecosystems, flood-preventing wetlands, and the promise of environmental protection to allow for a couple friends of the government to make a buck.
