I strongly do not agree with these changes. It will encourage developers to exploit protected lands which will not only reduce (or eliminate) protected lands, but it will also decrease the overall quality of life for society by increasing overall pollution levels and decreasing (or eliminating) natural green spaces that citizens may access for recreational purposes.
