So the government can now murder endangered species.
If a developer finds that endangered species are preventing him building he can get the government to remove this species from the list and begin building killing the species and the environment.
I am all for getting building passed and done but we have to respect endangered species and the environment.
There must be better ways to pass building requests but not endanger species or the environment.
