How come you came up with…

How come you came up with the idea of eliminating urban design, shadow study and...? How come you thought removing these make the process faster? Did you even think about the impacts of not having urban design oversight for new developments?
It seems you just want provide more housing but make the city unlivable and not affordable that no one wants to live in. All the cities around the world are emphasising more on good urban design and providing enough and affordable housed while we are here doing the exact opposite. It's so sad.
