Now more than ever, Ontario’s wildlife needs the full protection of the Endangered Species Act. With so many species facing the real risk of extinction, we cannot afford to weaken or dismantle this critical legislation. The Act exists for a reason: to prevent irreversible loss and ensure that future generations inherit a province rich in biodiversity. Protecting species means protecting ecosystems, water, air, and the balance that sustains us all. Let’s not be the generation that stood by while entire species disappeared. Keep the Endangered Species Act strong—our future depends on it.
