I do not support this proposed legislation. It uses the guise of speeding up development to remove protections while pretending there are no downsides and this is just about uncertainty. If the government is serious about speeding up development they would look to municipal councils blocking housing and would actually follow their housing task force report released three years ago the instead of using the environment as a scapegoat.
