I oppose this proposal to make changes to the Endangered Species Act. The Endangered Species Act protects invaluable links to the Ontario environment and ecosystems that support not only the mental well being of Ontarians, but also our physical security in areas like food production. Bypassing environmental protections in the name of progress and profits is unwise and reckless; whatever befalls the environmental befalls us all.
