I am commenting to express my concern with Bill 5 and the range of rights, protections, and systems which it threatens.

I am especially concerned with how Bill 5 could be used to undermine Indigenous sovereignty and damage environmental protections, all under the disguise of fast-tracked economic development.

Real economic progress comes from investing in workers, communities, and sustainable practices – not from stripping away the rights that make Ontario a place worth living and working in.
