The proposed dump will negatively impact the Sydenham river ecosystem. The dump could pollute the river with harmful chemicals, which would harm the species that live in or along the river. This could lead to a decrease in the population of these species, and could even cause some species to go extinct. The dump could also disrupt the natural flow of the river, which could have a negative impact on the habitat of the species that live there. It is important to protect the Sydenham river ecosystem, as it is a vital part of the environment. The Sydenham river has an amazing diversity of aquatic life. It’s a home for 34 muscle species and 80 fish species. More than 20 fish and mussels in Sydenham are Species at Risk (SAR). So I believe they should just leave the Sydenham alone and not mess with habitats or the water. That's why they should leave the case of the dump.
