The conservative government…

The conservative government is failing Ontarians on a day to day basis. Doug Ford is a fraud and a huckster. It would be audacious to try to reframe and rewrite existing protections for the innocent souls of the animals sharing this borrowed (stolen) land. Doug Ford only cares about this so that it can allow him to not-so-quietly line the pockets of his rich friends, as he has been doing for all these years. He wants to Americanize Canada. DO NOT LET HIM. Doug Ford is a Trump sympathizer. They are cut from the same narcissistic cloth. Canada is already great. This proposal does not reflect the morals that Ontarians hold. Do not allow him to avoid responsibilty for existing problems by distracting us with creating new ones. Doug Ford does not care about Ontario. Conservatives are money driven and so is this proposal. If I apply to a job, I dont show up and just start working right away. I have to wait until someone, who knows better than I do, tells me it's okay. Processes exist for a reason. Ontario taxpayers pay their dues for the right to live in a society that should want to see them and their neighbours, animals included, thrive. Through these changes, Doug Ford will be able to completely destroy the dignity and livelihood of these innocent souls. Just as he has been doing to Ontarians. These creatures existed on this land before us and they will, and must, exist long after us. Do not allow this desired power over life and others to be held by people who cannot see past their own greed. We are not just dollar signs for exploitation. Taxpayers should make the decisions. We pay your salaries. We are your bosses. Listen to the opposition and their concerns. Find a way to come together, with respect and professionalism, to build SOLUTIONS and reach COMPROMISES for ALL Ontarians. Not just the ones with the deepest pockets. This is literally your only job. Do your job.
