The fact that this government is attempting to bypass an environmental accessment in the name of safety for profit disgusts me. If they truly believe in safety than they would guarantee this accessment is done fully.

I've investigated this issue very closely. CKs municiple lawyer has confirmed harmful contaminants are already leeching into the Sydenham River from the proposed site. Any work done in this site will only add more danger.

In addition, this proposed site was never once intended to be used for this purpose. It was never once given an environmental accessment in its entire history. Therefore, bypassing this accessment can be extremely dangerous.

York 1s own vice president has admitted to our community that even York 1 is concerned with shipping the waste on our roads that are absolutely not designed for such traffic.

If any harm is brought to my community as a result of these egregious oversights I will do everything in my power to see to it everyone involved is held accountable in the court of law. That's a promise.

Please hear my community. We are all deeply concerned and need this accessment to happen. Thousands of peoples health, well being and financial security (value of their land) is at serious risk. Thank you.
