The proposed landfill would be situated near Molly's Creek which feeds into the Sydenham River, which in turn feeds into the St Clair River. Operation of a landfill this close to a sensitive watershed endangers many endangered and at-risk species, some of which are only found in this area. For these reasons, I am opposed to the passing of this bill.
