I think that it would be foolish and short sighted to neglect animals that require our attention on the land that we love so much. Land that has provided and will only continue to provide for us if we do our part. Ignoring the well being and sovereignty of animals that currently need protection will have a compounding effect that will result in a larger list of animals in danger in the future.
