Defer consideration of Bill 5 until such time there has been assessment of the facts, how systems work. for example, wildlife typically does not feed in its 'habitat' area under the new definition of habitat. Also,migratory routes and stopping places along the way are important to the ecological systems.

How about more emphasis on natural infrastructure? e.g. promoting long term systems approach. Lots of technology available to find efficiencies and to support resilient and sustainable development.

And please stop with the buzz words and phrases like 'cutting red tape', 'modernization' , 'expediting' ... it reveals recklessness at the expense of the taxpaying citizen and community well-being.
