1. I am a simple person and citizen of Dresden; I am not in favour of Removing Environmental Assessment Requirements for the York1 Waste Disposal Site Project on the doorstep of my home town of Dresden. It’s too close to my urban community. The property York1 owns is very near my home. The location of the proposed facility and the services it hopes to provide will impact my property’s value in a negative way. No one will buy my home because it will be too close to the landfill. The organic materials recycling will have an odour and may attract undesirable and overwhelming pests and insects. As well as possibly impact the native and endangered species as well as water ways. My personal enjoyment of my home will be impacted in a negative way because of these things as well as the unsightly landfill hills which if implemented will be one of the tallest landmarks in north Dresden. They will be in my sight lines.

2. The York1 company has past practice history of Environmental Protection Act Violations. A screenshot of a court filling attached for ease of lookup. Please review their history of violations which is telling and worries me that they will not respect the environment, so I urge you to reinstate the full environment assessment promised by the Ford government. The environment should not be compromised.
