Gutting the Endangered…

Gutting the Endangered Species Act, as proposed in Bill 5, would be a travesty with devastating and likely irreversible consequences. We need development, but we need development that follows sufficient procedures to protect our province's biodiversity. With this bill, this government is not acting in the best interests of the people, land and wildlife of Ontario. I am most concerned, however, on the threat to our democracy that this bill represents.
