I am against this amendment…

I am against this amendment. All Ontario residents should have equal access to the Blue Box Program so it should be rolled out to all Multi res and medium /high density residences across the province. This sounds like they are trying to get out of their commitment.
The goal is to remove as much material from the system as possible not worry that it costs too much.
