How can we, the public, rest…

How can we, the public, rest under the assurance that actions taken by the Ford government in regards to civil development will be well considered by public servants and ecological experts alike despite the actions of said government throughout it's existence?
The intent to carve apart the Greenbelt, the gutting of the provincial medical system, placating citizens with cheap liquor, neglecting the Science Center, intending to rip out bike lanes, cozying up with land developers, and the boondoggle that the suggested 401 tunnel will become... all this and more begets NO confidence in this government to take any action that will cause problems 5, 10, 50, 100 years down the line for near-everyone who lives and will live in Ontario, especially in the GTHA.

So I ask again: how can the public rest assured that the government will serve the people?
