The attached document details our comments, which can be summarized as follows:

- we request the Minister require municipalities to develop an established set of urban design policies and guidelines to streamline good development.

- we already accept many professional studies and drawings as complete, but there are often needed revisions that the professional acknowledges.

- if the Minister is aware that studies or drawings by even the most experienced professionals need revisions, we ask the Minister to re-visit the legislated timeframe between deeming an application complete and rendering a decision.
