Provincial park land should not be sold to the city. Provincial parks are designed to protect nature and allow us to enjoy it. The city does not have the same goals. Much of this land is habitat for the endangered Piping Plover and it should be kept under provincial park control to protect it so that the plovers can continue to rebound.
