I am requesting that you please consider the MZO for Jamesville in Hamilton. We need affordable housing NOW! Just down the street at our church, Christ's Church Cathedral 252 James N, we host a drop in for people without housing. We see 150 people daily. They are desperate for housing. It is ridiculous that the site has been held up this long. Please, help our community to start building at this site. This is positive decision will help significantly.
