As a Hamilton resident, I believe the city if Hamilton should try to work with CN. Each time a scheduled meeting date between the city and CN has arrived, Hamilton and the Mayor cancel at the last minute, delaying all discussions. Meanwhile, CN has been prepared to discuss each time.

I believe the City and Mayor of Hamilton are attempting to use this order in bad faith since they have repeatedly avoided meeting with CN to discuss possible resolutions. I do not support this proposed order.
