I agree ONLY if the City of Hamilton is footing the Bill for this and not the tax payers. They are the ones that ran families out ( just like landlords do) they let it sit and rot for years.. worse conditions now then they were families there.. Also if only if built for Geard to income families. Other wise forget it.. we don’t need another place families can not afford.. if this is going to be for families who need a home to live they can afford I am all for it.. this makes me sick it has taken this long..
