I strongly urge that this project be allowed to proceed without further delay. Unfortunately, the CN current hold is causing significant frustration. The site in question is currently an eyesore in the northern section of Hamilton, an area with considerable developmental potential. Given Hamilton’s present housing crisis, this project offers a vital solution. I respectfully request that the Minister of Housing take immediate action to make the project a reality.
