If approved, I have no doubt thay there will be plenty of complaints from condo owners and renters about the noise, air pollution, and dust that is continually kicked up from the tracks and rail yard. This will create ongoing conflict between residents, the city and CN. The affordable Jamesville townhouses are much more appropriate in size and the city should find a way to repurpose the existing infrastructure. The city evicted over 90 units for absolutely no reason. Expensive condos are not a solution to the housing crisis and there is already an abundance of condos for sale (and not moving) on the market.
