This property has been an eyesore for too many years. The site is partially demolished and a perfect opportunity to address housing shortages. I agree with the City of Hamilton for requesting an MZO.
The idea that CN is worried about potential complaints from future residents is ridiculous. You can see numerous locations and even in Hamilton where railways are close to homes.
