Happy to see someone is trying to do something with this site. It is so upsetting to walk by it all of the time, thinking about all of the people who must have lost their homes. It’s an eye sore to the north end.
Seeing it built up would also help connect the downtown to the waterfront, because it feels like a dead block dividing the two.
There is a housing crisis. Lets take this opportunity to use this space to help that.
