While I agree that it is important for there to be transparency regarding costs and procedures for all involved parties (e.g. the government, public, and producers), I think that these measures should be implemented without delaying the future Blue Box plan.
The delay for making producers responsible for operating and collecting the blue box program is unnecessary as they should have been preparing for this change already.
