It has been frustrating and discouraging seeing this property sit and deteriorate over the last 10 years - and for what??! Especially with the new vacant proper tax being issued - and here sits perfectly good space that could be built upon by amazing groups like Indwell to help over low-income housing to those who desperately need it! CN you should be ashamed of yourself for holding this up for so long - if you saw an issue then you should have dealt with and fixed it on your end years ago. There is no reason why all the other housing in this area is fine but this specific lot isn't?? Come on, let's get this project moving!! Thankful Andrea Horwath has been pushing hard. Please approve the Minister’s Zoning Order (MZO) so they can fast-track this project!!
