Transferring ownership to the present corrupt council of Wasaga Beach is misguided and the funds will be reallocated without any public scrutiny and accountability.
One merely needs to look at the corruption involved in forming numerous Incorporations with taxpayer monies and hiding misuse and payoffs to friends of the Mayor from taxpayer visibility.
