Hello,
I go to Wasaga Beach every year during the summertime as my parents have a place in the area. The land should not be sold and it needs to stay protected due to endangered species in the area. I was there last year and they had a section of the beach fenced off to protect a rare bird nesting. If the land is sold to developers, they will not protect species at risk. Also, the beach is busy enough without selling hundreds of acres of it. It will increase overcrowding of beaches, make parking more difficult, and make the beach less desirable to tourists, not more. Please protect the land, I vote NO on this proposal!
