I Agree with your proposal.
As a first nations aboriginal with roots here in Ontario I believe I should have some form of say/opinion albeit, not above wasaga area residents opinion's with respect.
I am not a wasaga beach resident, however my family has resided about 15-20 minutes away for over 45 years and along with our friends and their families, we have been frequent visitors to the beaches of Wasaga during those 45 years, for multiple times every spring and summer.
This would also make my family, friends and myself financial contributors to all the amenities, restaurants, attractions(when there used to be some) and occasionally bars.

My comment is more of a suggestion that there is more fun things to do along the shore drive or boardwalk. such as:
-A waterpark or waterslides

- A Midway with amusement rides

- A ferris wheel overlooking the water which would make for a great view at sunset

-Haunted houses and Escape rooms

-Arcades with food and drink options

-multiple lunch and dinner options. In the past this was always an issue with such a limited amount of options especially if a family with kids is spending a day at the beach. Not just one restaurant that has a monopoly on the beach and because they are the only restaurant they'd manipulate the prices upwards of 200% ahem *Burger King?

Finally and most important. Restrict the boardwalk to pedestrians and no cars plz.
I can't emphasize how much this was a turn off to many families as the strip became more of a roundabout with teens and young adults just circling the strip all afternoon and evening blasting music they think we all need to hear and doing burnouts or reving engines...your a beach, not a honda car show
Thank you
