The Janesville site has sat for too long unoccupied and needs to be built on. However the plans have too many units. The area bound by Jamesville can't handle the traffic it will create. Already Bay Street and McNab st can be a bottle neck with people driving to Bayfront parks. The highest units are going to overshadow the people already living on Bay, Ferrie, James and MacNab
